"Best in class electronic signature platform"

What do you like best about DocuSign? How easy it is to set documents up, and how easy it is to use. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It takes a little time to learn where everything is because there is so much it can do, but once you learn it its great. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Are now able to get docs out quick and get them back signed quick.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I really like how you can label every item that needs to be signed by the person receiving the contract. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't particularly appreciate that the freemium model only gives you three documents before you have to pay for it. It is a good solution, but not very affordable if you only use it once or twice a year. It would be cool if you just paid per document you used instead of a monthly fee. "User Friendly, Signature Tracking"

What do you like best about DocuSign? User friendly, can be used by multiple people or parties and doesn't require much training or expertise to use. Tracks signatures, and tracks adjustments or changes made per user. Very useful for multi-party agreements. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? I love the ability to save templates. The option to just select a template makes things so much easier, since we often send out the same form over and over. "Scammy billing practices & clueless support"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The software itself is great, perhaps even best-in-class. It makes sense that they're the go-to for e-signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Their billing practices are terrible. They keep a 100 envelope limit hidden in their FAQ, which even applies for the max $480/year plan. "No More Paper"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that the software allows you to you to use a mobile pen whether it is an LG pen or a Samsung pen you can use these on your mobile devices so your signature will appear much better than if you did it with a mouse. Outrageous customer service

Outrageous customer service. Truly unbelievable behaviour from DocuSign support representatives. Long hold times and then when you finally get through to support - they deliberately end the call with no call back. They even appear to be able to screen calls so that representatives can end the call as soon as it's picked up. I cannot WAIT for a competitor to blow DocuSign out of the water. PROS: Save you time for the e-signature in documents. Price affordable. What do you like best about DocuSign? It's easy to setup and use. My clients always seem to enjoy the process. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I cannot send my clients a doc by SMS, which is being requested more and more lately. Tech support is sparse and if you call them for help be prepared to wait a long time on hold.
