What do you like best about DocuSign? Userfriendly, easy to use to set up templates for our team, manage folders for different types of contracts What do you dislike about DocuSign? We really hate that you only get 5 sends with the first plan. You go through that fast. It doesn't really make a lot of sense in my opinion. What do you like best about DocuSign? The connection to Salesforce to sync signed envelopes as well as the ability to send an envelope directly from salesforce. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sometimes if a user leaves and has a Docusign out for signature, it can be challenging to go through all their sent envelopes if there are a lot. The reporting could be a little better. What do you like best about DocuSign? Line by line instructions on your documents make it simple for users to understand what they need to fill out. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Could use better price structuring for smaller businesses. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting documents filled out and signed properly. Previously used Adobe Acrobat and you could not rely on user to be able to access on their devices properly.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Before Docusign, I would need to go through the old print, sign, scan process. Worse yet, I would need to ask my management to do this, and when they were often on the road, this wasn't easy and time-consuming. Now it is a breeze. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
