Government ID Check Is Not Good

Government ID Check Is Not Good We were sold a bill of goods with this service. Our customers could not figure it out and we had a ton of complaints. We stopped using it and requested the credit be applied towards our account. No go. Today they are pushing us to buy more envelopes which is fine but now they tried to sneak in an service agreement. Sleezy outfit.

Docusign became pricey the more documents we sent. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Docusign was convenient to send documents to be electronically signed rather than having customers sign them in person.

What do you like best about DocuSign? There are a lot of features that I like most, and it's too helpful for me for my day-to-day digital signature work. DocuSign is fast and easy to use because of its intuitive UI, and all credit goes to neat&clean dashboard. It also tracks the activity done by the recipient on the document. What do you like best about DocuSign? Unlimited template with standard plan and possibility of multiple users What do you dislike about DocuSign? Repeat bug in the program. The interface is not user-friendly. Way more expensive that other esignature program. Not possible to cancel your plan before the end of your cycle billing. I can't sign on

I can't sign on, can't get it to change passwords, finally got through to support. Not much help so far, keep asking the same questions and then on hold for a few minutes, then she comes back and states she is resetting, then comes back and asks questions again...... assinine. I need to change my company to Adobe Sign

Poor quality of service

I have many problems with stability of this platform. Support is very unhelpful.
