What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign has been very helpful in sending and routing documents for signature and furnishing a signed copy to everyone. They may know about digital documents

They may know about digital documents, but nothing about customer service. When my account was locked out, their automated system told me it would take three hours to get a call from them. Two days later and still no call.

"I have had nothing but problems the last couple of days. DocuSign has switched to online support."

What do you like best about DocuSign? I don't like it at all. The lack of communication on issues is ridiculous. I can't get anyone to call back, and I can't correct and resend any documents. I have to delete them and resend them. This is a waste of valuable time. Whatever DocuSign has done to so call "improve this site" has made it more difficult instead of easier. Expensive and not worth it

I initially thought Docusign was a great way to send docs to employees for signing when away. Our realtor used this service when we purchased our house. Unfortunately I have found for the price an unacceptably buggy and laggy system. The final straw for me was on clearing my cache I've needed to authenticate and spent 45 minutes waiting for a code
