I am fuming
I am fuming. Our company received a sales call a few months ago from DocuSign saying we had gone over our allowed number of envelopes for the year (500). We were offered a new plan at over $1,300 per year (our current rate is $186) so I declined - since we found another service that offers unlimited envelopes for $180. I logged in to our account and cancelled our plan and received an email confirmation that the account would not renew at the end of the term and no further action was ...

"Fantastic Platform!"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that the program is easy to use and that is allows me to sign documents on the go. This is especially helpful in business with contracts, allowing for a professional document to provide to clients. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I dislike the cost of using the platform but it is justifiable considering the benefits of the platform. It may be more expensive compared to some competitors. I would like some capabilities to be more easy to ...

Docusign Developer support is hopeless.
Docusign Developer support is hopeless. We use the docusign API for which we must pay an annual subscription regardless if we actually sign any documents. We understand and accept this BUT when developer support is not forth coming and we are not able to fix or enhance the user experience in our software because docusign developer support is not there it becomes a rip off. Account managers are next to impossible to contact because they change so much. One week it will be Fred , two weeks ...

"Docusign takes our customer contracts to the next level"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that Docusign is a platform that customers can trust. Before Docusign, we were sending word documents over email but using Docusign makes our whole process more trustworthy and reliable. What do you dislike about DocuSign? For my purposes, Docusign is almost perfect. There are some simple formatting things but those could just be inexperience. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: We have a dedicated contact on our legal department that ...

"Saves me so much time!"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how quickly I can send documents to be signed, it saves me so much time to be able to complete paperwork electronically. In my opinion, it is way simpler than Panda Doc. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish it cost less per month, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth the price. It would be better if templates could be edited even more specifically because sometimes you don't catch template parts that need to be touched up depending on the ...

"Great solution to reduce the quantity of paper documents"
What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign provides excellent opportunity to break the paradigm of "print-sign-scan-send by regular mail". I used DocuSign in several cases: NDAs / work contracts, b2b software subscription (at G2 btw!), etc. Each time it was enough convenient and intuitive-understandable What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sometimes it takes too less time for link / envelope to expire. It brings some inconvenience to negotiation process, like you never know is the ...

NOT RECOMMENDED!
If I had read the reviews prior to signing up I would not have done so. The reviews are all negative, as is mine. The document created was for a signature, once one recipient had signed, this was then duplicated on all the other documents, a total embarrassment to our company. The Customer service through their links is terrible, in fact nil. I ended up calling the Sydney number to have our account deleted as after I had removed the document and all the recipients, the document was still ...

"Billing problems every month and worst support on the internet"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Nothing, I really want to leave this app and remove all my docs inside it What do you dislike about DocuSign? By safety we ask for all charges in our credit card to be notified and authorized, but in ALL software in the world Docusign is the only one that do not notifies the unsuccessful charge and suddenly disrupt the service in the middle of the workday and takes 2 days to restore. Why not send an email and have a button: charge now? What's the ...
