"Excellent electronic signature product, competitive prices"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Pricing is extremely competitive with a paid plan, and I would compare it to most other eSignature products in our tests. The way it automatically reads the inputs of a load is mostly good, but sometimes it's a bit wrong and needs to be adjusted manually. Harrasment is not cool, neither is incompetence and rude customer service agents. You charged me for the "free" version through my school. (Did not even give me the free trial period) You blasted me with 14 emails trying to get me to purchase upgrades for a free version that you charged me with anyway.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that Docusign allows all signers to access the documents remotely and on their schedule (unlike an in person signing meeting). I also like that locating a document that was previously uploaded is very simple-just in case the file copy gets lost, you can always go back to docusign. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
