What do you like best about DocuSign? What I really like about Docusign is that I can edit and alter the documents needed even on my phone. It is very easy to use. Very nice software and convenient. What do you like best about DocuSign? In my opinion, the most important thing about this type of product is the ease of use for customers. It does this very well as it can guide clients through the signing process. What do you dislike about DocuSign? None so far. What do you like best about DocuSign? Ease of use, saves so much time . Customers respond faster because it is so easy. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Nothing to dislike. No complaints, My customers love it. Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: No reason not to use. Very Very easy. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting applications back much faster . The ease of use encourages clients to respond faster.

Don’t sign up

Don’t sign up! Not even for a free trial! And, for goodness sakes, don’t give them your card info. The product is bogus and they make it impossible to unsubscribe! Not even my bank could block them! I have no recourse but to hire a lawyer to get their attention. I’d give them one raspberry if it was an option! Buyer beware!

Horrible Platform

Horrible Platform Sends tons of spam mails, there is no way to opt out of them, their layout on the platform is unproffesional and you can't close/delete the account your self...

I'd give them less than 1 star. Docusign has a problem with their software! I have spent over 12 hours with technical support in the last 7 days. More than 4-5 hours alone, until 11:00 P.M. on Saturday night. I was told by the individual his shift was over so he had to hang up - without my problem corrected! I filled out the same document, no less than 10 times repeatedly, only to try to try to send AGAIN to receive an error code! Each of the 3 Techs I spoke with said their system showed I ...

What do you like best about DocuSign? Favourite feature is definitely the ability to create templates for signatures. It's literally as simple as pressing a button, and having it on its way. Great for repetitive tasks requiring signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Templates aren't terribly scalable sometimes, so you'll need to create quite a few variations to ensure that your document is always super fast to put together. What do you like best about DocuSign? Applicants can quickly and easily fill out the forms that we design and upload to the program. The user interface works great for gathering information and signing documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Creating templates can sometimes be cumbersome and unclear.
