What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is something we've been utilizing for a long time with no problems. My favorite feature is that I can email any scanned copy or pdf to a client or team member and have them digitally sign it without the need to print it out. We can't log into our own Docusign…

We can't log into our own Docusign account. The multi-factor security is not working for us. This has really affected our business operations. We have asked them to send directly to us all signed documents and to cancel and refund the service but they haven't done so, claiming it is our fault as our email is blocking docsign even though we do manage to get their advertising spam emails, and even though we were using Docusign with no issues for 2 years. What do you like best about DocuSign? It is so easy to sign documents online and manage them. It is critical to get business done especially with people who work overseas.
