Very bad service!

Very bad service, very arrogant agents. They were not able to finish my identification process. I did not received any proof/email describing the issues was in their side. I had to come back to my company explaining that without having any proof of the issue.. Indeed my company at first glance thought was my fault. Orribile experience ever!

No secure at all!

Terrible! Unbelievable! I cannot believe DocuSign, allowed a sender to delete an important document. How am I supposed to have access to the original copy of the document? DocuSign is not secure at all, it is actually a very dangerous place for you to sign any document!

Pure Fraud

I would give a zero if I could. Stay away from this company. I called on 4/1/22 to cancel my docusign because they were charging me $40 per month and I don't use it. Then on 4/29/22 I was charged $329. They said they would cancel my account and refund it. Then I got charged again on 5/21 for $329 but that charge was retracted. I looked at my bank account again today, and they have charged me $329 again. I have not received a refund from them on any of it. I am to the point now, that I will ...

"Easy way to collect signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that you can set signing order, you can track progress What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish the signed document was just emailed to you Recommendations to others considering DocuSign: I think it's a great platform, I like that you have access on desktop or mobile What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It has saved a lot of my time in this new distance working model

"Easy and Efficient!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of creating forms. Our organization had to switch from static paper forms to digital. The process was easy and we were up and running within a couple of weeks. DocuSign University is a good source to get you up and running fast. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Currently I have not experienced any issues that would qualify as a "dislike". What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem solved was COVID induced. ...
