"Great e-signature tool"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Creating workflow templates has created an efficient process for all our DocuSign users in the organization. What do you dislike about DocuSign? We don't really like the Powerforms feature because it looks like a legacy form builder. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? We have hundreds of contracts, agreements and SOWs that require signature and the workflows that we created make this a super easy process for our end users.

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign's UI & overall recognition is tops & experience was good right up until I needed some help. What do you dislike about DocuSign? DocuSign stated they have Zero flexibility in regards to thier contracts. No help & no care. Only sign up for Minimum term contracts! Had great experience with DocuSign from…
Had great experience with DocuSign from UI end for 6-7 years despite higher costs.Then working one of their partners, had to create 2nd DocuSign account. If you work with one of their integration partners & have to create a 2nd account, DocuSign will hold you to the terms of the original account. Zero flexibility. Will switch to different vendor and/or integration partner at earliest opportunity. Told them they weren't losing a customer but they will now.

I am being overcharged for services
I am being overcharged for services. I have an open case that has been unresolved for nearly 2 months. I paid for and annual plan and I am still being charged monthly. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am litteraly being ripped off. If not resolved soon I will close my account and share my experience with other and report the charges to my bank.

Very bad service!
Very bad service, very arrogant agents. They were not able to finish my identification process. I did not received any proof/email describing the issues was in their side. I had to come back to my company explaining that without having any proof of the issue.. Indeed my company at first glance thought was my fault. Orribile experience ever!

No secure at all!
Terrible! Unbelievable! I cannot believe DocuSign, allowed a sender to delete an important document. How am I supposed to have access to the original copy of the document? DocuSign is not secure at all, it is actually a very dangerous place for you to sign any document!
