Spent 45 mins on the chat- still not work
Spent 45 mins on the chat. Each response took 3-5 mins. Simply wanted to send to multiple recipient and it wouldn't work and chat had no idea. Terrible wast of time.

Really poor
Tried a 30 day trial, really poor product. Gets my name wrong, actually somehow even got my personal email address (not the one attached to my account) to send documents from and wouldn't let me change it. No way to access any support. Really frustrating, a wasted afternoon.

"Insurance agents can use DocuSign."
What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign helps a lot with tracking and following the rules. I appreciate how easy it is to save a draft to return to them later. I also like how you can change the order of signatures so that you get an email when another person has signed. What do you dislike about DocuSign? "Sitting on their status as the leader"
What do you like best about DocuSign? It's the trusted name in e-signature sector. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sales, cs and renewals, all 3 do not give any appreciation to their clients. Nothing is included you will probably have to get upsold for any add-on or any singular feature, price per envelope is ludicrous What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? electronic signature

"Good, Legally Binding Signature Handling Tool"
What do you like best about DocuSign? The fact that DocuSign is accepted legally has made it an easy transition away from paper signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish DocuSign could integrate more easily with other apps, rather than only running through its own interface. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign is helping our business capture signatures electronically, which is saving us lots of time and printer ink.

WORST SUPPORT EVER!!!
If I could give 0-stars, I would. This is by far the worst customer service of any company I've encountered in my professional career spanning 40+ years. I've had a support ticket open for a month now, that would have taken all of 5 minutes to fix. I've spoken on the phone with DocuSign Support for this same issue. They wanted to speak with the company's owner, which did indeed happen, but Support told the owner they need to speak with the administrator, which is me. I can't believe the ...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We are a corporate account, and use Docusign for our daily operations, spending between $30k - 50k annually and without notice DocuSign will just deactivate your account, interrupting operations when the account is up for renewal. A strongarm attempt to get you to pay and sign the renewal in order to keep business operations going. HORRIBLE SALES AND SERVICE TACTIC. HORRIBLE. DISGUSTED at their lack of attention to this horrible issue.
