They will keep your $ even if it their fault.

I have been using docusign for years without issue. Suddenly the program began to skip initials and allow clients to submit unsigned documents. It only allows so many "envelopes"per month. So when the program is not working you have to call and beg for them to replace the envelope. I had to call and asked to have the problem fixed. It ended up really affecting a real estate transaction not having access to wasted envelopes. I had to cancel my service. I asked that I be reimbursed for the 4 ...

"Pathetic Support"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Nothing you can't do in any other e-signature product while paying less. What do you dislike about DocuSign? High pricing with pathetic support and sick refund policies. I raised a request for refund as we were being charged every month and not using their services, to which they declined. Fair enough! I would never use this company again

We have not used Docusign for over a year and I found a $300 charge on my credit card. When I called Docusign customer service they said it was an auto-renewal charge and they refused to remove the charge. (We had switched to another company for a fraction of the price.) This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My credit card company denied the charge.

I have now spent a full day (8 hours)…

I have now spent a full day (8 hours) trying to get help adding a authentication feature. Still doesn't work! Really bad customer service, people not trained sufficiently and knowledge of the product beyond low.

"Extremely Poor Customer Service Policies"

Really poor

Tried a 30 day trial, really poor product. Gets my name wrong, actually somehow even got my personal email address (not the one attached to my account) to send documents from and wouldn't let me change it. No way to access any support. Really frustrating, a wasted afternoon.
