onboarding was easy and smooth

onboarding was easy and smooth, DocuSign is a good tool. yes, there's other competition there and plenty of fish. but I like docusign and been using it for 4 years now

They over charge.. and complicated to cancel

They over charge... once you activate a plan it is very very complicated to cancel.

Overcharged

I upgraded my account from the basic to the 'Real Estate' account for a month as I had additional contracts that month. There is no option to downgrade on the site so I contacted customer service. They have repeatedly closed the request without downgrading the service and charged me for four months at the higher rate. I have just tried to close my account and that option is switched off on the website. Terrible company basically ripping off small businesses, would not use again.

I agree with the other negative comments

I agree with the other comments - this is very expensive, they take ages to set you up. The training and snagging takes a lot of time then they wont add time onto your subscription. Not recommended try another platform.

"Very easy to use and understand"

What do you like best about DocuSign? What I like best is the convenience of signing documents wherever you are withouthaving to have an appointment with someone. "Exceptional and futuristic"

What do you like best about DocuSign? This is a very good experience which I am using in my current organization. All the documentation and agreements has been digitalised and very secure as well. We have been using it for a while and it is very userfriemdly and hassle free. It feel so futuristic and I recomment to implement this in organization mostly for a smooth experience.
