Awful experience, impossible to cancel

Awful experience, impossible to cancel. Docusign accused me of sending 100 emails plus a day, beyond their fair usage policy. I’d actually sent one. They’d pulled the wrong account information. Absolutely impossible to cancel.

While the signing tools in the app are good, the sending function was terrible to use, confusing and didn't work for me first try. So even just to send a single free signed doc was not easy, so I ended up sending one which appeared competely unsigned after I had spent ages signing it, initialling pages etc!
