Outsourced Employees who are unable to help

Terrible employees who don't know how to asisst and are clearly sourced overseas. What a nightmare! I only wanted to change my BusinessPro to Monthly Pro but to no avail. They make it so very hard to cancel, upgrade or downgrade. They also try and get you off the phone under the guise of "opening a ticket" that will never be serviced unless you call and text a million times. Totally unacceptable!

Paying to resolve technical issue. I have been unable to send documents for the past two weeks. This has severely impacted my business. Multiple workers: Mariam and Ervin being the recent stating that they will schedule a call back and two weeks later no one calls you back or no process to regulate call back. Very difficult to cancel auto renewal

Very difficult to cancel auto renewal. Tried various browsers at their suggestion when Cancel Subscription button not working! I now think it deliberately does not work. I had to email them and then provide my request in writing to NOT auto renew my subscription. Unacceptable.
