Critical Contracts Lost - Who Cares?

Only gave one star as zero is not an option. Truly dreadful service. Live contracts out for signature have been lost. Customer "service" operates a canned email response process that asks for the same information repeatedly. Second week of chasing for even the most basic of response, they just don't care.

Outrageously bad customer "service"

Outrageously bad customer "service". Just trying to access an old invoice and the website crashes, calls to customer service are dropped, endless automated call options, no real people... I give up. I would give zero points if I could!! TERRIBLE!!!

Appalling customer service/Don't subscribe

We are trying to get a copy of an invoice charged on our business account, but conversations with the customer service representative lead nowhere. I have asked to speak to a manager, but the answer was no, I wanted to know the name of the person that I was speaking to, I only got an Ella, if that was real or not, who knows. DocuSign doesn't have a contract cancellation clause...beware!

I signed up for a production account and was not given the option to cancel within a certain period of time. After a few days of signing the contract, I realized DocuSign was not the right fit for my organization, and after bringing my concerns to the sales account rep, I was told that they couldn't cancel and refund the annual fee they charged upfront. They they sneakily limit you to 100…

They they sneakily limit you to 100 docs per annum. Their product doesn't allow you to combine templates. Their platform is vastly in superior to all their competitors and their customer support chat is really just there to annoy you. Please use someone else. Pandadocs is much better.

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a singing platform. First of all, the free trial does not mention you have a limit of 10 recipients. Then, it doesn't mention which premium package will have more than 10 recipients. Finally, when I paid for the subscription, the button that says "Needs to see" magically disappears and customer support is inexistent. How do people still use this? I will never use this company again.

Heads up if you’re in Australia

Heads up if you’re in Australia. This company were happy to take my money under American currency without the knowledge to me that there was an Australian website. Even having to disclose my full address etc. If I did not stumble across the Australian site I would never have known. Ironically it just seems to have appeared in the past days! They then state that the can not switch it and it has to be completely cancelled. Were not going to refund me. Bribes people that a refund will be given ...
