"DocuSign has hidden limits for documents, beware when signing up!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Could add lots of different fields. There are options to add payments, etc. if you should choose. What do you dislike about DocuSign? We signed up for the unlimited, most expensive, plan they offer. We send a lot of proposals, but only about 20% are signed. They have a hidden limit and said we were way over it. They wanted over $5000 a year to continue. NOPE. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? None. We discontinued using ...

I cancelled my monthly subscription…

I cancelled my monthly subscription couple of months ago and they keep charging me.

Avoid at all costs!

As others have said, this is a truly awful company to deal with / try and close your account once it is opened. After trying several times it was realised we had two accounts open with them, but DocuSign did not seem to want to make us aware of this when trying to cancel. All support is outsourced. Best of luck trying to talk to a senior support person. Avoid!

Useless

Useless. I thought I can create a signature for free but I can't. It's not what I thought and now I cannot cancel my account.

Telemarketing phone spoofing

I was deeply offended by Docusign when they spoofed a BC phone number calling from California to unsolicited telemarket me. I use document signing software all the time as a business consultant. I will NEVER be a docusign customer because of this extraordinarily unethical practice.

"Glitchy"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The interface is well laid out and intuitive. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The fact that it sometimes simply does not work. The support team's answer is "use a different browser", "go incognito" and "clear the cache" and re-try everything. This is time-consuming and I have yet to send a successful document for signatures to my team. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Convinced us to purchase 5 licenses…

Convinced us to purchase 5 licenses which failed to be used in the way they promised would work. Would not refund the purchase. Canceled the account verbally with their rep who has failed to cancel the account. Has sent us to collections as they still haven't cancelled the account. Horrible customer service. Sales reps promise features that don't exist. Steer Clear! IdenTrust was our solution.

Avoid - Pick something else

Avoid. Pick another option. The website will only show you what you get but does not point you to the restrictions on each plan. It seems the business model is to escalate you into a call centre with a view to more costs. The company is in my view purposefully opaque with its offer and the customer service team are a disgrace.

Secure and makes it easy to get quick signatures on documents

Unproffesional

I am a future employee for a company, DocuSign have been sending me emails to go through the verification process to be vetted. Not on any of those emails does it say who DocuSign is representing, they just expect you take a guess to who their client is. I have asked them to stop sending me emails, as I will not be taking a contract out with this company. I have asked DocuSign to stop sending me emails, they responded to me and have refused to stop? Odd
