Worst service experience ever!

Worst service experience ever! Poor internet connection on their side but customer is blamed. Cheeky staff behaviour, they hang up on customers when the tiniest issue arises.

"Pretty good app to sign the digital documents."

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's so easy to use it, send the envelopes in order, and even allow to integrations for instance with Oracle CLM What do you dislike about DocuSign? Utterly hopeless customer service

Utterly hopeless customer service. Did not bother to reply to two emails about a canceled subscription and continued to charge me. Avoid at all costs.

Horrific in every way possible. They have made it basically impossible to cancel my subscription and I am still getting charged for it.

Yet another company that makes their money from tricking people into forgetting about their subscriptions. Naturally, it's impossible to contact them reasonably. Stay away from them.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that it's easy to upload documents and add fields to be filled out. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
