What do you like best about DocuSign? It is fast and efficient and is integrated with our contracts management system, Ironclad. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sometimes the drag and drop signature block parts do not fit and the sizes cannot be changed. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? we have thousands of documents that require signature every year -- this makes this possible.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign allows for speedy document review so that contracts and other items can be easily signed off on to expedite processes to get jobs moving quickly. What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how docusign tracks the status of documents and easily lets you know whose court its in. I like how you can see when someone opened up a document to read it. What do you dislike about DocuSign? "Docusign makes contracts a breeze!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign makes business a breeze with digital contracts. These contracts are as good as paper and can be sent to people across the globe. Amazing idea and great execution! You can get a notification as soon as someone completes their sign. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Not much to say as far as dislikes. I had some challenges with integration of workflow procedures. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides shared signature capture and I'm confident in their privacy and legal compliance. It allows us to complete complex workflows with better velocity.

Been using for a small business for 2…

Been using for a small business for 2 years now.... FEES always go up and they make changes and call you and e-mail you to upgrade. Now they double charged me for the past 3 months and getting someone to pay attention to my case is complicated. Easy to start but customer service sucks! Canceled my subscription and will take the financial hit. More than 70$ overcharged for 3 months in a row.... Garbage!
