always BAD service
I have been with Docusign since the beginning and even sat in a early charette in San Francisco. WORST customer service of any company I've dealt with. Most of the time the people at the end of the line have no clue how to help and must 'write a ticket' and someone would get back to you. GOOD LUCK ON THAT!

Robust and Secure
We have been using DocuSign for approx 3 years. They have various versions and with our license-level enterprise support we have access to 24/7 support, an account team and get a response within 2 hours. They always support us with questions evaluating new uses of eSign at our agency.

"Good program with benefits"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I enjoyed the ease of use of the program and the notifications received when the document is signed. The program is intuitive and works well with groups of people. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The only real issue we have with Docusign is the cost of the program. They are completely uninterested in…
They are completely uninterested in onboarding new customers it seems. As a startup, we need some guidance but they refuse to help because our volumes are not compared to Fortune 500 companies. This attitude is equal to shooting yourself in the foot. Avoid.

"Easy to use; very efficient"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Its super quick to get documents signed. No need for the recipient to download an application to sign documents. Easy to help less tech-savvy users to navigate. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There isn't anything I don't like about it. Super easy to use! What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign allows me to quickly have an application signed, so I can quickly move forward in my process.

They don't tell you about their limits...
We've used DocuSign since 2017 and were satisfied until this year when we learned that there is a limit on their so-called-annual service. It's not published on their website. We hit our contract "send" limit in about 4 months and they were demanding even more money. Classic bait and switch. It is absurd to spend thousands a year on a software service. There are competitors to DocuSign that have unlimited contract send and sign for a lot less than the roughly $1500 we were going to have to pay.
