What do you like best about DocuSign? The best part about the Docusign / Greenhouse integration is how smoothly everything transitions from one app to the next. Makes my work very efficient. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I honestly don't really have any complaints about this integration! What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I hate having to give this company one star because they don’t deserve anything. I was a loyal customer for years until they changed their payment format that was advertised as less than $9.00 a month. However there was no final bill until it was too late to cancel me subscription at checkout. I have not used their services at all since the billing debacle but they charged my account immediately despite my many open cases against them. The agents told me I could make a claim against them ...
