DocuSign is stealing money from it's users

I've repeatedly cancelled Docusign and they continue to alert me that my billing has stopped, yet they keep charging my account. All told, I've probably lost $200+ in monthly fees over the past few years that I never intended to pay and that I took all the action in my power to prevent paying. At first, I thought I was crazy, as my Settings show that it is indeed "Cancelled", yet the cancellation date is always moved until the next month. You can't even remove your billing information ...

Very difficult to use from the document…

Very difficult to use from the document sender's end. Little to no instructions on how to use. Spend over 2.5hours with support over numerous phone calls just to simply send a document. When the document finally sent, the end users were not able to sign the document. When I called the support line again, the agent told me to have those two recipients call him for help. How unprofessional does that look on my end? Ridiculous.

"Super convenient!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The convenience - saves so much time with coordinating times to meet people, chase papers, all for a quick signature. "Efficient product"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The docusign keeps track of all documents needing signature in a clean clear package. This make sending contracts to be signed much easier and clearer for both parties. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It is difficult to use docusign if you want to edit contracts. What do you like best about DocuSign? The platform is easy to use although the way they count 'Sends' is not ideal. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I would have given 0 star! Talked to them about a feature I needed, and they advice me on a plan to buy. I purchased the plan as they suggested but the feature that I need was not in that plan. Therefore I applied for a refund, they confirm that it will take 10 to 14 days. It has been more than 3 months and no refund. And everytime I called they said there has been a problem with the system and the refund request needed to be sent again. They said that for about the 8th time now. So no, ...
