Avoid Docusign like a plage
The customer support runs in circle. They close tickets without ever actually solving the issue. I've had issues with my account for months and all they've ever done is respond with an irrelevant answer and close the ticket. Rinse and repeat.

"Its Okay"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that the forms were easy to create as well as the contract collaboration was great. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I did not like the fact that nothing else was attached to the platform. I switched to Jotform, where i can sign as well as create other forms and have them interagrated with my payment methods What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows my clients to sign documents from anywhere in the world

"Securing signatures with DocuSign:"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I enjoy the versatility and effectiveness of DocuSign. It enables users to quickly and easily complete necessary legal documents without technical knowledge or expert help. It is excellent for paperless systems that enforce signature requirements on crucial paperwork such as contracts, permission forms, and financial statements. Installation is uncomplicated, so customers don't need specialist advice to sign their document accurately with minimal ...

"The best eSign tool I have used so far"
What do you like best about DocuSign? The convenience of use. It is easy to set up and the email notification upon completion with the attached documents makes it really simple. The completion certificate is very detailed as well and can be held to resolve any disputes that might arise later on. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't really see much downside except that when its integrated with other applications the setup might be a bit tricky. Lot of testing it required to ensure ...

Overpriced, poor customer service and price gouging.
It's great for sending documents to sign, however they are completely overpriced, all we need is to send 1 page documents to be signed for our clients, and they want 100 per person. There is two of us. Then they upped the price again because they can. Horrible customer service, horrible everything, their product is good, but it's not worth 120, even then your limited on how many documents you can send a month.

Docusign doesn't age like fine wine, it gets worse every year…
Unlike fine wine, DocuSign gets worse and worse as the years go by. First, they removed all ways to cancel billing and reach customer service. It is so difficult to stop the billing at this point that it is even scammy. Just don't bother. Go to another service and save yourself pain, wasted time, and anger. They purposely removed UX design and added dark UX design patterns to keep you locked in. DocuSign I have a message for you. Whoever it is that you hire to do marketing and customer ...

It's alright
I've been using Docusign for a couple of years for personal stuff. Works well, does what it says on the tin. My only gripe is every time I login it asks for my login details - a bit infuriating that it can't save my login details (although I like it offers 2FA). It's one major drawback compared to competitors is the very low number of documents your allowed to send out each month (five), competitors who have a slightly more muddled interface usually offer unlimited documents.

"Expedites our processing"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Super convenient and allows for on site signatures. We mostly have been receiving signatures within minutes of requesting. What do you dislike about DocuSign? In order for other procore users to see statuses of signatures on items, they too need a procore account. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing currently outstanding with Docusign software issues
