What do you like best about DocuSign? Very straight forward to upload and send documents for signature as well as the inbox for received or pending documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I would like to see the features of Pandadoc where you can slide prewritten portlets into the documents or create documents directly on the platform and edit directly on the platform. I paid for annual subscription and have…

I paid for annual subscription and have been charged for monthly subscription and they will not refund me the correct amount.

DO NOTE USE

Absolute joke of a company. They charged me monthly, then when I go to downgrade they immediately remove access to all of the features you've paid for the month rather than letting you keep them to the end. 'Live' chat takes ages for a response. They told me to upgrade to Business Pro for the eWitness feature. I upgraded, then they told me I'm not eligible for this feature despite taking my money.

A truly awful company

A truly awful company. They overcharged us and when we contacted them we had to deal with their nightmare customer service department. There are many alternatives to DocuSign such as PandaDoc

Would never use this again

Would never use this again, whole contract in place and now cannot send it. No explanation why, really annoying.

Industry leading WORST customer service…

Industry leading WORST customer service and tech support. Sales will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Then customer service and tech support give you the run around for weeks. Schedule calls, then don't call. Terrible. I will be looking at other options.
