"Quick & Efficient"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is accessible anywhere even on handsets. It is quick and effecient to sign important documents on the go. Documents are also available if you need to revisit them. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I have all features i need, however, the email alerts can be better. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? i use docusing for salesorder and SOW approvals which is saving a lot of time.

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ability for people anywhere in the world to sign; even on their phones. The interface is very user friendly. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Email to the other side isn't very esthetically pleasing. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign solves the issue of people being in different locations. Also saves time since there is no more printing, ink signing, scanning/mailing, etc.

AVOID DOCUSIGN

If I could give zero stars- I would. Now that I have started using PandaDoc, I can say that just from an interface standpoint- Docusign is clumsy and complicated to use. Creating and sending documents and creating templates in general require a lot of patience and dragging text boxes. The ABSOLUTE worst website in America for log ins. Completely inept and doesn’t recognize the password you have just changed. I truly hate this site. It’s so difficult to navigate. I wish my company would change to something better.

Impossible to cancel a subscription :)

Impossible to cancel a subscription :) Researched how to do cancellation for a couple hours. Tried to contact support, deleted my account and still get charged each month. We're now contacting our bank to block DocuSign. We're a startup with over 100 subscriptions, and by far, worst experience ever.

ID identification horrible process

I knew Docusign from my previous company. Quite alright, maybe 3 stars. However, had to do an ID identification for my new company now. Worst experience ever. First I had to install Chrome on my Mac, because it wouldn't accept Safari. The agent (Nico H. - be glad I'm not writing your full name!) made me feel like I should consider myself stupid, when I am the customer in fact. Worst support ever

Worst support ever. I've been trying to get an invoice correction for a month. No chance. A month of battles with support - chat sessions, help tickets, no result. I only get emails that my help ticket has been closed (for no reason, nobody tried to help me!). Run away from such companies!

"Leader in their industry, but pricey"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign integrates with many other tools. Integration is usually pretty straight forward. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Pricing. Over the counter customers rarely get discounts. This makes other tools more appealing for small businesses. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? In a remote work environment, it allows employees to digitally sign paperwork.
