Horrible support service

Horrible support service. No one speaks clear English or has a clue what they are trying to resolve in regards to your issue. All I did was misspell my email and needed it changed, took 3 hours for NO ONE to figure out how to change it. Do not waste your time with this company.

The form was totally inappropriate for my purposes and looked very much as though it was designed to be a "one size fits all". Why anybody would want to use this firm is beyond me

What do you like best about DocuSign? It is helpful for us in signing of our agreement documents and our internal maintained documents. We have linked it up with our Azure AD and the integration went smoothly. All the steps were mentioned on the documentation website. It gelled up with our Azure SSO.
