Frankfurt also no good support

After reading reviews everywhere, i can say the same even in frankfurt the support is worst.

Steer clear of DocuSign if you're individual or small business

I've used many, many SaaS products and platforms and the DocuSign UX is one of the worst! Their features are nothing to crow about, the platform is laggy and the UI is confusing. I have not used DocuSign once since signing on a free plan. But even in trying to cancel my account, I was made to go in circles, and back and forth between their various sub-domains, and all in vain! What do you like best about DocuSign? It allows any document to be signed in a simple click. I use it daily for sales and partnershi contract. Not recommended for Small Business

At first Docusign was helpful in getting signatures on signed drawings - UNTIL we hit our envelope limit. $300/year is reasonable enough for a 1 person business, BUT, in certain small businesses like ours you may eventually need more than 100 "envelopes." According to their (not very helpful) customer service reps - we would need to pay for another user in order to get more than 100 envelopes. "Software works great, Support is terrible"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The software is great. We've not really had any issues with the software functioning how we need it to. It has a lot of features and its easy to use. I think Docusign is considered the industry's go-to, although other options are popping up regularly. We have switched to PandaDoc and have found that they have many of the same features and is just as easy to use. "Quick and convenient signing of contracts"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I really like using DocuSign to sign contracts digitally. I don't have to leave my office, so it's perfect for my job and helps me get things done quickly. I used to forget about contracts that needed to be signed, but now it's easy for other people to sign as well.
