If you are in Australia beware

If you are in Australia beware! Make sure you use the au site NOT the dot com site. I was having trouble paying online, it was twirling around and nothing happened. Then I notice they billed my credit card but when I logged in it still said I was on a trial. I contacted support in AU and they said I signed up to the American site. They passed on my details and I was told I would not be provided a refund, and they couldn't transfer the account to the Aus site. Crazy, you actually want to be ...

"Support is absolutely terrible"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Functionality of the program is easy to use. The support side not so much. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The support team is useless. I've been trying to get a refund and have opened two support cases, and two months later, still no refund. Their lack of communication between their own departments is terrible. Shocking hidden costs, poor performance and worse service

I was shocked at the level of disarray and deception at DocuSign. I had signed many DocuSigns as one-offs but needed to arrange/send 50+ separate "envelopes" going out to 50+ people. DocuSign made this a very very confusing task, and very expensive. I only found out the true cost after setting up all 50+ sends, but bit the bullet and spent hundreds of dollars because I had committed the time. Bad Customer Service!!!

I called Docusign because my draft document was missing. I didn't delete it, it has been in my draft document for 2 weeks. The customer service person couldn't get my name right and told me to open a case. When you call DocuSign they open a case regarding your issue, when I asked her why I needed to open a case because I'm discussing the case with her, she didn't like my question and hung up on me! The system never works and is so slow. The customer service does not care and am really frustrated.

HelloSign > DocuSign

I run a contracts company and rely heavily on tools like HelloSign and DocuSign. I like how HelloSign looks way better than DocuSign, but DocuSign fulfills my company's needs better than HelloSign. Still biased towards HelloSign though.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Super easy and user-friendly. I think most companies use it, so most clients are familiar with it. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It seems the top people at DocuSign got a little greedy, and their price hikes just got to be a little too much. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you?
