I paid for a plan to send documents, granted I did not read the the fine print about I only get 5 documents a month for $15.00 which is expensive as far as I'm concerned but I sat on their chat for 30 minutes to get transferred 3 times and told the same thing. ..they just sent a link to upgrade. Docusign build an elaborate maze to deter customers from contacting its customer service department filled with numerous robot responses and non-answers. A FAQ that is incomplete and ultimately a hugely disappointing experience. My only question is when will the damn envelopes reset. no one can tell me nor does their website show you when it resets. I strongly urge you to consider an alternative like pandadoc instead. Their sales team lacks knowledge and integrity, resorting to dishonesty and aggressive tactics. Initially priced at over $7 per envelope, I managed to negotiate it down to just over $3. However, I have since discovered even lower prices available.
