Customer support is terrible

I'm trying to resolve an issue but am being sent in an never-ending loop in the customer support section with no opportunity to speak to a real person who can help. The result, we can't access our account. It's immensely frustrating.

They used to be great.....Annual price, now like all other companies...MUST HAVE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! IN 2022 PAID $292 , IN 2023 THEY GAVE ME 100 SIGS FOR THE SAME PRICE., went over my limit in the first 2 months. charged me another $316, in just 2 months. What do you like best about DocuSign? We can define an approval process for SoWs/Contracts. Now, nobody loses any newly signed contract. The workflow can be set very easy.
