It's such a poor system. How they managed to make something so simple, so hard to use just blows my mind.

What do you like best about DocuSign? The app is good but not that user friendly, specifically to those who are not technologically inclined. What do you like best about DocuSign? Easy to use, comprehensive and comfortable, especially when signatories are offshore. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? I love the ease of use and convenience that DocuSign provides. It's incredibly easy to sign documents sent to me as well as upload my own document for signing. I'm also able to make any necessary changes before sending with just a few clicks! What's even better is that you can include multiple recipients in your distribution - even if their role is not to sign off, it's still worth keeping them in the loop as far as viewing rights are concerned. $3 Per Signature. What a Joke!

Customer support is terrible. Was a customer for over 5 years and it had always been unlimited envelopes for $300 per year. They then randomly switch to a cap at 100 envelopes. Can you do the math? That means I am paying THREE DOLLARS every time I need a signature on something... that's insane. So of course I try to cancel and despite my loyalty over the years they have zero respect for me and will not provide a prorated refund despite me canceling just 40 days into my year subscription. ...
