Worst support ever!! In the past you could request a meeting with screen share directly in your cases. Now you have to leave a phone number (great for those without company phone) and then they will set up a zoom meeting...BUT need to keep you on the phone cause they can ONLY record the phone call not the zoom meeting. What do you like best about DocuSign? I can sign all my documents very smoothly, and still, I have no issues encountered. And DocuSign is beneficial and easy to use. This app is friendly to users. Harrassment

I think DocuSign is a fantastic platform and I use it for all my business contracts etc however, once you sign up, you get completely harassed by them ringing you multiple times a day. Someone booked me in for a meeting with an account manager, he rung me twice yesterday, then literally 10 minutes before the meeting to "remind me" of the meeting (pointless phone call) They keep ringing my business phone number and it's starting to get extremely annoying as I need to keep this line open ...

Cannot Upgrade My Account

I went to upgrade my account so I could send more documents using DocuSign which is impossible to do online! I called and was transferred 5 times! I have never been able to give them more money to increase my ability to use this service. I DO NOT GET IT!!!

Docusign Commercial/Enterprise is…

Docusign Commercial/Enterprise is overpriced, and account management and support are HORRIBLE. After being a long-time customer, Docusign decided to suspend our account in the middle of a renewal discussion because we didn't renew on time while waiting for the renewal to come in. They suspended the account on a Friday at the end of the month without the option to renew. Adobe Sign, Panda Docs and the rest of them are just as a good and way more affordable. Avoid this snake pit at all costs.
