I cancelled my account and they continued to charge my credit card.

I wish I could give 0 star

I wish I could give 0 star. The worst customer service ever. They overcharged my account with one extra seat that I never asked for. When I asked for refund, they told me that they need sometime to speak to their executives to provide refund at my renewal date which is one month away. I asked them to reduce from 2 seats to 1 seat. After chat with their customer service, my account still shows 2 seats. If I don't catch their auto-renewal email, they would charge me $584 at renew date. They ...
