Don't waste your time.

Firstly, I want to express my positive experience with DocuSign. Their program is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, in February, I received a notification stating that I had run out of envelopes and needed to upgrade my service in order to continue sending them. Consequently, I proceeded with the upgrade, but unintentionally added a "seat" to my account, although I am unsure of what exactly that entails. Unfortunately, the upgrade process was confusing. Worst customer service ever

Beware if you receive a customer service call from Docusign in the UK - they use a USA based number and you will be charged international rates for this call. They do not warn you and they do not care. The product is also clunky and there are better options on the market. Would be 0 stars if possible.

I experienced a bug in the software

It's a nice little app that makes signing docs pretty easy. However, it has bugs that I experienced. I signed some insurance docs on my car, but it automatically signed my house docs before I even had a chance to read them. This is a serious problem Docusign. Thankfully I caught it before it was filed.

What do you like best about DocuSign? The most efficient way to get contracts signed. The best and fastest experience, in my opinion, is when you have all the SKUs inside of SFDC and you can generate a DocuSign to be sent out directly from the opp. This saves time on both sides.
