"It's good for what it is, but some times lacking"
What do you like best about DocuSign? It's an easy solution to get your esignatures in whether by singular envelope or by batches. i like the ease of functionality as well as the customizability of the fields. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish that it had in line fields that can be utilized as a true end-to-end template. If the templates were a little easier to set up it would be great. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to depend upon faxed documents as proof that our clients agree to our policies and standards.

"Quickly and easily send documents for parent signatures."
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that it provides a detailed report of when documents were sent, reviewed, and signed. What do you dislike about DocuSign? If one person voids the document, it voids it for everyone. For our purposes, if one person refuses to sign that is okay because the other people that signed still make it valid. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves us from continually mailing out documents through the mail and almost ...

"An Admin's Experience for Almost 5 years"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I really liked that it's pretty user-friendly for end users. Also, I've appreciated how when there are system issues for our end users-- it's usually not the DocuSign software that's the issue. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The new managed shared access feature for our needs in the insurance businesses. It's really tough to deal with this new feature because we have many users in-house that need to see other users' inboxes. Even tougher for our ...
