User unfriendly website

I tried the monthly trial, fortunately before subscribing. It's a most confusing and user-unfriendly website. All I wanted to do was send out letters with a digital signature but it seems to assume that you are asking for a signature from the recipient. Not much help was available, but after spending much time watching numerous YouTube videos I decided it easier to make trips to the post office.
