What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how you add time stamps, signatures, and even custom text. This has more free features than Adobe PDF Reader. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There isn't anything I dislike about DocuSign What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I use this any time I need to edit a PDF. It fits all my PDF needs.

The experience is fine
The experience is fine. It is a great tool to minimise the use of paper, and you can keep track of the flow in one single portal. You would need to be familiar with the function before signing up otherwise it would be a year even if you contact their support.
