It is so easy to use
It is so easy to use, most of my clients over the last few years have enjoyed their experience of Docusign. I just make sure I remind them to click finish when they've finished or the software won't register their signature. A lot of my clients are not from the internet generation, so they need an extra bit of personal guidance and reassurance. This software saves me so much time at work.

Can't downgrade
I have used docusign free for a few years and in the last 9 months paid subscription. In general is very good But now I want to cancel/downgrade but is impossible to do this on mobile site and app. Seems like it is being purposely made difficult to do so to retain paying customers?! Update: I managed to do this via desktop site, so would say UX / cross platform needs some attention

DocuSign FAILURE!
DocuSign so-called “knowledge based authentication” is ignorant and not ready for roll-out. I should be able to charge DocuSign for wasted time, delays, and extreme frustration. HORRID. The platform believes I am related to those of no connection; and believes I am known by one of a number of Hispanic nicknames. Validating queries can’t be responded to correctly and result in being locked out of the documents. Must start over with new links and repeat until 3 correct validating questions ...

We have used Docusign since lockdown…
We have used Docusign since lockdown for work as a letting agent - it saves us over 80 sheets of paper for every new tenant's move in pack, is super easy to use and make our life miles easier! We were a bit apprehensive about shifting onto a digital version of our work, but now can't believe we hadn't done it sooner.
