I got a free trial and attempting to…
I got a free trial and attempting to cancel my account before I'm charged and they have made it impossible to understand how to cancel my account. I'm scared I'm going to be charged for a service I don't need or want and I can't afford it. What a poor way to do business, I will not use again and would not recommend

I got a free trial and attempting to cancel my account before I'm charged and they have made it impossible to understand how to cancel my account. I'm scared I'm going to be charged for a service I don't need or want and I can't afford it. What a poor way to do business, I will not use again and would not recommend

What do you like best about DocuSign? La facilité avec laquel on peut remplir des documents pour la signature electronique. What do you dislike about DocuSign? rien tout est parfait. peut etre juste le tarif What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Un gain de temps et la possibilite de faire des relances automatique ainsi que l'archivage des contrats qui est tres simple.

What do you like best about DocuSign? the interface is easy to use and navigate, also its easy to request signatire What do you dislike about DocuSign? its hard to get customer support if you need help with docusign What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? organized to request signature to our customers

Can't downgrade
I have used docusign free for a few years and in the last 9 months paid subscription. In general is very good But now I want to cancel/downgrade but is impossible to do this on mobile site and app. Seems like it is being purposely made difficult to do so to retain paying customers?! Update: I managed to do this via desktop site, so would say UX / cross platform needs some attention
