The support system is extremely messy
The support system is extremely messy, I could not get the support I need The plans are not fully explained, and the UI representing them is awful

Easy to use
I took the trial period offered by DocuSign which was was useful to see if it was for me. DocuSign was very quick and easy to set up. It is very intuitive to use, my Clients receive an e-mail instruction which is easy to follow. I find it works for me and is a great platform for contract signing

"EASY TO USE"
What do you like best about DocuSign? It's eary to use and edit documents and it's real time What do you dislike about DocuSign? We can't accessit thru phone like editing What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Contract and it's easier to track

Docusign has made my job so much…
Docusign has made my job so much easier. I no longer have to keep chasing staff to sign and having endless amounts of paper for people to sign.

I find DocuSign a great tool to use for… SIGNATURES!
I find DocuSign a great tool to use for signatures for all our important contracts and documents. It is efficient, user friendly. The switching between signees is easy and entering details where needed is straightforward. We have been using for about 5 years now. Highly recommend.

Smooth Work Flow
DocuSign has been quite helpful for my small business. Its user-friendly interface has made document routing and signing a smoother process. The feature I find practical is "Templates," which simplifies the handling of frequently used documents like timesheets, invoices, and checklists.

DocuSign - Love it!
DocuSign is probably one of the best digital services I have ever used. It has made my life easier and more productive, a great tool at a great price. Love it!

Simple to use
Its just so simple to use. There are tons of great features, but you can keep it as simple as you like. I wouldn't ever use paper to keep signed records anymore - even if the person is sat next to me. A digital signature/record is far more robust way to organise and record your documents.
