Total lack of support

Total lack of support, ongoing billing issues for over 4 weeks and get same old excuses. "We are sorry about experince". Sorry excuse for support personal, cannot even "chat" with them. Support is poorly managed and it looks no no management intervention which points to very poor management as a whole. Terrible company stay away from.. much better solutions out there including AltoSign, Adobe Pro etc. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Great customer-based platform design

The dashboard is easy on the eyes, quick to navigate, and doesn't needlessly change appearance. Step-by-step support is available through DocuSign or lots of tutorial resources online. The consistency of the dashboard makes finding training resources easy instead of having to guess which version they are training users for.

Very deceiving price BEWARE

Very deceiving price BEWARE. The 'annual' price is not an annual cost. This is the cost of a set number of documents you can send in a year. This is not written in any of their sales documents. You need to dig into FAQs of the community to find this. Once you use up your allocation within a 12-month period, you need to buy another full 'annual' fee again. Make sure you ask all the questions to sales if you are thinking about using.

bad user experience with bulk send

1. Invoice can not be downloaded 2. Instruction for bulk send is so bad that we need to send out 150 documents as single envelops :-( The instruction is always going back to old instructions (Bulk send1), CSV file does not work, User expererience on bulk send is very bad!
