What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of editing & creating professional documents is fantastic! What do you dislike about DocuSign? I have challenges locating completed documents within the filing system in DocuSign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign allows me to collect perfectly legible documents with legally binding signatures from hundreds of parents with ease! It's easy to use for me and our parents.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's so easy to set documents up and send them for signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Nothing at all!We absolutely love using docusign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves us from mailing documents back and forth between signers and allows us to complete documents in the samne day!

What do you like best about DocuSign? That you can get an electronic signature from somewhere states away in minutes. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Theres alot of prompts sometimes........... What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to wait days for someones electronic signature.

The cost keeps going up for us, so we have had to slow growth in using it. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting signatures on needed documents fast and efficiently

It just works - simple and flawless

Great app

Great app. Docusign seems to have become the corporate standard for esignatures - mostly because it works so well. I love the mobile app which makes signing contracts on-the-go so easy.

It's a complete scam

It's a complete scam. You sign up for the features, and many don't actually exist or are fraudulently marketed. i.e. Witnessing; Its a feature, it's not listed on the plans and you'd assumed to be included in all plans - All the "how to" guides don't mention anything about plans. Then, when you get into the application, no function is available to do witnessing. It simply doesn't exist. To try and appease you, they'll then try and sell you into some kind of pressure sales plan. You ...

Abhorent company to deal with

Abhorent company to deal with. Where do I start. 9 individual payments taken out in one day totalling over £500. Account upgraded to an extra seat and a business pro package that we had no need for at all without our knowledge. Apologised and removed seat. 14 calls later we have received £34.00 refund. NO HUMAN WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP. Every person you speak to lies or says 'I do apologise' then tells you they are called (in the last instance Mark) and emails confirming the refund but ...

Very good and useful for our business. Only thing I wish would change is that when a DD bounces they would just reschedule to try again
