What do you like best about DocuSign? User friendly. Critical to operations. It helped us thrpoghout the pandemic maintain operations and requirements. What do you dislike about DocuSign? "Easy to use system"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Pretty straight forward and intuative user experience. Users rarely ask for help and figure it out easily. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I think a user blog on the ways that others are using it would be beneficial What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Not needing someone to drive all the way down to branch to get a signature or review documents.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Easily upload and process multiple documents at a time. We use it every day for processing and management of documents. The customer support has been good What do you dislike about DocuSign? Some of the features are a little complicated; however, once the process is solidified, it is very easy. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? The remote workforce has made it impossible to gather wet signatures. Some countries will not ...

"Docusign is the bomb"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is easy to use. It is user friendly. What do you dislike about DocuSign? My least favorite thing is making sure all of our templates are available for use. Customer support helped tremendously with implementing Docusign and loading templates. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Docusign helps with controlling time management of our contracts. It also makes getting required contract forms quickly.

"DocuSign has cut the time it takes to get contracts signed."

What do you like best about DocuSign? Saves paper, stamps and time. It is very easy to use. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Cost could be better but still worth it. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get contracts signed in minutes rather than days or weeks.

"Reliable eSignature solution"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of use is hands down the best part of DocuSign. It doesn't take high tech savviness or any complex steps. You can drag and drop any PDF document and do the same with all of the required signing fields. It's easy to set the signing order. It also archives your old documents to allow you to return later to retrieve them. The integration was perfect for our org since it allows SSO with Azure in addition to new user provisioning.
