"Increased productivity"

What do you like best about DocuSign? It save a lot of time for my clients and myself. No need to print and scan. Clients can even sign on their phone away from the office. Also when the client opens the email from docusign I get a notification as proof that the client received the document. DocuSign has helped the process of having contracts signed efficiently and quickly that is an enormous advantage. What do you like best about DocuSign? When it works, it is great and convenient. What do you dislike about DocuSign? They told me I was deceased. Their initial rep gave us bad information, sent us to LexixNexis and didn't get us a Premium rep when that was our level of contract.
