What do you like best about DocuSign? User friendly. Critical to operations. It helped us thrpoghout the pandemic maintain operations and requirements. What do you dislike about DocuSign? "Docusign is the bomb"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is easy to use. It is user friendly. What do you dislike about DocuSign? My least favorite thing is making sure all of our templates are available for use. Customer support helped tremendously with implementing Docusign and loading templates. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Docusign helps with controlling time management of our contracts. It also makes getting required contract forms quickly.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Saves paper, stamps and time. It is very easy to use. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Cost could be better but still worth it. "Quick and Easy"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The automatic signature is a blessing. Other products have you sign in a tiny box and you cannot make anything legible. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The UI is a bit busy. and some features are buried in several levels of the menu. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our users work remotely. Horrible experience! Bad customer service!

Horrible experience! The who platform is full of confusing and complicated configurations and terms. I requested a refund and they bounced me 4 times (Still havent gotten a refund). The names of the customer service representatives that have been toying me around are: Mae Laidyl Francela Daniel Alexander It's unfortunate that a company with such potential resorts to these dirty cancellation tactics and bad customer service.

Almost impossible to cancel account

I signed up for a basic account - free trial for a month. I soon realised I didn't want the account and then spent ages trying to cancel it - it took me round and round in circles. I ended up abandoning it to try again the next day with live chat (only available in daytime). And that was a pain too... "Docusign is a product that improved our productivity."

What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign helped us to reach out to a large groups of our consitituents in a very short period of time. What do you like best about DocuSign? Digital signatures have a huge source of efficency for our organization and its remote workforce. The organizations uses the tool in day-to-day operations. We use them for just about everything across all departments within the origanization.
