What do you like best about DocuSign? I love that it integrates with SFDC and Zuora. I'm able to send contracts for signature as soon as I create them. I also love the reminders that come from them (and not me specifically) so that it ever so gently reminds them to get the paper signed! What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? I love how easy it is to get a customer's sign off! We use docusign for Customer Testimonials and it is so easy to send them the document I need them to sign (just upload it, and pick the appropriate sign off you need from them). I receive notifications when they have viewed the document and again once they've signed the document. Definitely user friendly and makes the process seamless! What do you like best about DocuSign? It easily syncs with SF, and it's straightforward for users. The ability to set up templates is really nice - saves time. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? My favorite thing about Docusign is the speed that it lets me work at. I have templates set up for NDA's for Clients/Vendors/Staff, as well as other customized by similar roles and 5 minutes after I get off the phone with a prospective client I have a signed NDA in their Inbox as a pro-active sign of good faith that speeds the sales process.
