What do you like best about DocuSign? Out of the box integration with leading CRM and Oracle CPQ platforms. I liked the fact that docusign easily integrates with them and gives a seamless end to end experience. "New Interface Needs Work!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I was a strong supporter of Docusign for several years and brought them many customers. Unfortunately, they rolled out a new interface and things couldn't be worse. Features I found valuable no longer work. Support staff (about a dozen I've spoken to) don't seem to know the new interface as well. Keep the old until you fix the new! Don't remove features that I pay for!
