What do you like best about DocuSign? The technical team is great to work with and innovative on their ideas. Helped us implement a very user friendly approach to creating md signing contracts. What do you dislike about DocuSign? A bit costly and took a while to find proper technical resources for our needs What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? E-signature and approvals for our internal and external customers

"Simple to use, faster to get signatures"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like being able to view the signing status of DocuSigns and if they've been reviewed. I also like the Salesforce integration that the completed docs are automatically attached to an opportunity. What do you dislike about DocuSign? None that I can think of. It's very simplified. "Why wouldn't you be using this?"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Turn around time is incredibly faster. Can reach people out of town, off hours, etc. and they're usually willing to sign. What do you dislike about DocuSign? This doesn't work well if you get people making changes after final drafts are agreed upon. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Much better compliance on signing/filling in all areas of a document necessary. Much better turnaround time.

"Great software for e-signatures, but expensive!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of facilitating both desktop based and mobile e-signatures, tracking signatures, and storing signatures. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The cost. The yearly subscription fee is cost prohibitive, especially for companies under 100 people. Or rates were raised after the initial year and we actually looked to alternative solutions even though DocuSign has the best offering. We ended up choosing to move to HelloSign instead.
