The simplicity to create and sign contracts is great but my favorite thing about DocuSign is the notifications I receive when the signee is looking at the contract What do you dislike about DocuSign? I had some issues where a company's firewall was blocking the contract from being sent. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign is easy to use and has a simple UI. It's easy to get up and running as an individual user. This is perfect for real estate agents and other small business users. It also integrates easily with Salesforce and other systems. What do you like best about DocuSign? I love that DocuSign integrates into our Salesforce platform. This makes sending contract renewals quick and easy. Everything about DocuSign is seamless. The homepage is also very helpful when reviewing what documents have been signed/complete and which ones are still needing action. It is also great to be able to remind people to sign documents.
