DocuSign streamlined the manual process with some of the customer services request which used to take days to few minutes and also provided a secure way to share customer personal information. What do you like best about DocuSign? Simple things such as the reminder that a contract hasn't been signed is great for us as we can keep up to date with all our clients' activity.
